在起动初期,由于机组处于低速运行,反电动势比较小,不足以使换流桥SRM 中的晶闸管实现自然换相,故采用脉冲运行控制。机组变频起动开始时,变频器解锁,根据转子初始位置测定的结果给能够产生最大正向加速力矩的两相定子绕组通以电流,此时,SRN 工作在恒电流的整流控制状态,SRM 工作在触发角琢SRM 为180毅的控制状态;当电动机在这一力矩作用下,由静止开始转动时,
为了保证电动机转动后仍能继续得到正向加速力矩,在该两相绕组电压过零时刻,使SRN 触发角琢SRN移至逆变状态[3(] 琢SRN>90毅),使变频器的直流回
路电流Id=0,SRM 所有的晶闸管均关断,当变频器检测到直流电流Id为零时,给下一组晶闸管施加触发脉冲,取消SRN 的全逆变功能,重新建立直流回路电流Id,定子电流转移到另两相绕组。
如图4 所示,机组变频起动的脉冲运行期间,SRM 各个桥臂的换相顺序:(1-2)(2-3)(3-4)(4-5),(5-6)(6-1),(1-2),(3-4),……,电动机总是处于两相通流状态,机组通过不断的换相来获得加速力矩,随着机组转速的增加,SRM的换相操作也越来越频繁,而且,每两相绕组的通流时间也越来越短。
